This is the 12th edition of the map, dated August 25, 1984, and labeled 71062. An inset map in the bottom right corner is entitled "Entrance to Sungai Perai From British Surveys of 1951-52 with additions and corrections to 1974." Numeric labels on the map show depths of water in fathoms.
